DESCRIPTION:

Known as an "I.M.B.A. Epic" ride, the North Umpqua Trail is one of our favorites and most popular of our guided tours. From endless singletrack, to downhill excursions, this will be a ride to remember. The North Umpqua area is known as the "Emerald Jewel Gateway to Crater Lake National Park". Commencing in the mighty Cascade Mountain range, this is truly dramatic Pacific Northwest riding. With spectacular marble river views, volcanic formations, thundering waters, and towering firs, it is just the beginning... The North Umpqua is world class. Approximately 20 miles a day over a 3 day period, you will start at the top of Lemolo Lake and make your way down to Swiftwater Park.

OUR TIPS:

• Poison Oak, ticks and mosquitos can be prevalent on the North Umpqua Trail. Bring repellent!
  
• The North Umpqua Trail is a high endurance ride for both you and your bike. Make sure your bike and your body are in good working order to ensure an optimal riding experience.
  
• Bring swim-wear! There are many opportunities to cool off.

Package Schedule

Day 1: 

At 9am meet at Umpqua's Last Resort for shuttle to the beginning of Kelsey Valley. Your day ends at the Hot Springs, where you will find your camp set up and ready for you. Enjoy a soak in the Umpqua Hot Springs after your ride!

Day 2:

Start your adventure off with the Hot Springs and Deer Leap Segments, continuing on until you reach Horseshoe Bend Campground where you will find your camp set up and ready for you.

Day 3:

You will start on the Calf Creek segment continuing through the exciting Panther, Mott, and Tioga segments ending your journey at Swiftwater Park, where your car and gear will be waiting for you.
