Oregon Mountain Guides Cancellation Policy:

Although we understand that life can be unpredictable, many hours of preparation and planning are needed to orchestrate one of our fantastic Tours. With this in mind we must have a stringent cancelation Policy.

• Every tour for 2 or more days has the following policy.
  
• For cancelations 45+ days before the tour will have a reduced cancelation fee of $50.00
  
• For cancelations 30 to 45 days prior to your trip will have a cancelation fee of $200.00
  
• Cancelations 15 to 29 days prior to your trip will be required to pay 50% of the tour price.
  
• Acts of god, rain and personal emergencies do not void our policy. Rides go on wether or not there is weather!
  
• For cancelations less than two weeks prior to your trip will not be refunded, however you many transfer to another of our scheduled tours at least 2 weeks in advance.
  
• You may also receive a gift certificate for next years scheduled tours.
