Limited and spacious, each site is individually unique from the next. Full Hook-up RV Site amenities include 50/30/20amp Power, Pure Umpqua Water, Easy-to-Connect Septic, WiFi & optional Telephone & DirecTV Satellite. Most sites can accommodate large RV's with additional space for guest tent camping, extra vehicles, & tag-a-long toys!

Monthly Sites

Monthly RV Sites are limited to Metered Electric Pedestals.

Resident Monthly Rate: $330.00

Single/Non-Lease Rate: $385.00

A credit card & photo ID need to be on file for a monthly resident site lease & discounted rate. Electricity is metered from month-to-month at 10-cents KWh and charged at month's end.
